The weekend of june 19th, we will be reopening, and are currently accepting reservations.

In order to keep everyone safe and healthy the following changes will be implemented:

  • We will be offering a complimentary bottle of wine for bookings through October, 2020.
  • The safety of our guests is paramount in our minds, so therefore these changes are aimed to keep everyone’s well being a priority.

As recommended by the CDC, and the State of RI:
  • We will be sanitizing our rooms, and common areas consistently.

  • We will provide hand sanitizer( with at least 60% alcohol) for our guests to utilize in our common and patio areas, as well as in our guest rooms.

  • We will not enter guest rooms to refresh during a stay, unless requested in order to minimize contact.

  • We will as always, have plenty of extra fresh towels available as well as soaps, etc. when needed or requested.

  • We will leave the additional towels and any other amenities, outside of our guest rooms in baskets for convenience.

  • After guests check out, again following CDC guidelines, we will be sanitizing our rooms with disinfectants which will include toilet and sink handles, doorknobs, remote controls, TV’s room keys, and any other areas that guests come into contact with. We will be washing our linens, by adding disinfectants to the wash cycle.

  • We will be wearing masks when interacting with our guests, and request that our guests do the same when in our common area, or on our patio.

  • A full breakfast will either be served on the patio, or if guests prefer, a continental breakfast will be left outside of our guest rooms, to enjoy in their rooms.

We have changed our Cancellation Policy for the time being as we transition to a post-Covid 19 way of life. Guests may cancel up to a week prior to check-in, and receive a full refund, minus the $25 cancelation fee. If guests accept a gift certificate for a future stay, we will waive the cancelation fee.

If guests cancel less than a week prior to arrival, they will receive a gift certificate for a future stay.
