Room rates are based on double occupancy.

November 1 – April 30th$130 – $155 per night
May 1 – October 31$200 – $245 per night

Cancellation Policy:

If a guest cancels 14 days prior to arrival, the guest will receive a full refund (minus the $25 processing fee). If a guest cancels within the 14 day period, a refund (minus the $25 processing fee) will be given if we can re-rent the room.

Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

Down Payment Policy:

When booking a reservation, we require a one night’s deposit. We accept Master Card, Visa, Cash and Checks.

Check-in and Check-out Policy:

Check-in is after 1P.M.

Check-out is by 11 A.M.

Breakfast is served daily between 8 – 9:30 A.M.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets Policy:

We love animals, but unfortunately cannot accept pets.

Parking Policy:

We provide off-street, on-site parking.

Children Policy:

We accept children 12 and over.

We provide complimentary WIFI.


We are required to collect 13% in taxes (7% State, and 6% Hotel).
